Mission

Our mission is to facilitate area-wide projets, events, activities, communication, and networking that build nurturing relationships within, and promote the emergence of the Body of Christ in the Heartland.
Vision

History

Heartland Transformation is based on the principle that seldom does a single church or ministry lead a city into spiritual transformation. It usually takes the entire Body of Christ working together under the leadership of the Lord.

Over the past years, our area has been blessed by a number of significant spiritual events that have shown the power of a united Church. Events such as Here's Life America, the Leighton Ford Campaign, the City-wide Prayer Movement, the Wichita Alliance of Evangelical Churches, Locker to Locker, See You At the Pole, the Franklin Graham Crusade, Reconciliation 2000, Heartland Impact Tour, the 911 Memorial, the National Day of Prayer and others have shown us the power of the Body of Christ working together.

Such events by themselves give short-lived fruits of temporary unity. Heartland Transformation grew out of the passion to see such efforts sustained and multiplied. Heartland Transformation is uniquely positioned to assist in collaborative unified efforts of multiple churches and ministries working together as a team to accomplish goals not ususally attainable by individual congregations working alone.
Goals

  1. To facilitate unity in the body of Christ (John 17:22-33)
  2. To facilitate communication and networking that build nurturing relationships in the body of Christ.
  3. To proclaim the living body of Christ and the vision of transformation to the heartland.
  4. To support evangelistic efforts in the heartland.
